What is Colonic Irrigation ?

Colon hydrotherapy, is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine, without the use of drugs. By introducing filtered and temperature regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis. This process is repeated a few times during a session and at Dublin Vitality Center, we generally recommend a course of 3 colonic irrigation treatments.


How is Colonic Irrigation done?

At Dublin Vitality Center, we use the very latest method of FDA colonic irrigation equipment to ensure that colonics are private and easy. The colonic irrigation treatment is administered by a nurse therapist who is also a qualified colon hydrotherapist. A very small tube carries warm purified water into the body , which is then released away. There is no exposure of matter, no odours and no loss of privacy at any time. The treatment takes approximately 40 minutes to 60 minutes and includes a health consultation plus aftercare.
